ISRS 2003, Kyoto


Since 1948 distinct scientists from all over the world have been gathering at the International Symposium on the Reactivity of Solids to elucidate and discuss the recent results and experimental developments on widespread endeavors in the fields of the reactivity of solids. A characteristic feature of this symposium is that its organization lies in the hands of local organizing committee. There is no influential society in the background. It lives on the enthusiasm and on the scientific interest of a world-wide community working on this important topic. Former venues of the ISRS have been:
